Your recordings are created for your use. Screen Recorder Suite does not require you to upload screen recordings, captured videos, screenshots, or exported media to Megaish servers in order to use the core recording features.

Local Recordings and Files

Recorded videos and related project files are stored on your device or in the folder location you select. The app may read or write files when you open, save, export, trim, rename, or manage recordings. You control which recordings you create, keep, share, or delete.

Permissions

Screen Recorder Suite may request access to screen capture, microphone, system audio, webcam, storage, or notifications depending on the Windows features you use. These permissions are used to record video, record narration, include camera overlays, save output files, and notify you about recording status.

Automatically Collected Information

When you download or use the app, limited technical information may be collected by the app store, operating system, or trusted service providers. This information can include device type, Windows version, app version, approximate region, crash reports, diagnostics, performance data, installation status, and usage events such as whether a feature opened successfully.
